Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Our server uses industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption which secures your credit card details, rendering them unreadable by anyone else so they are safely transmitted through the Internet.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro/Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. We only despatch orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Prices:
We endeavour to maintain published prices, however we reserve the right to change prices at any time. Unless otherwise stated, prices include V.A.T.@ 20%. A receipted invoice is sent with the goods.

Errors & Omissions:
Prices and specifications may change at any time, any pictures or drawings may not be to scale and are shown for guidance only. Sizes and weights are shown in metric, and most are taken from manufacturers brochures. Pictures shown on television screens are simulated for photographic purposes.

Shipping And Handling Carriage:

Normal Delivery for smaller items are sent 1st class post with delivery 1-3 working days (please allow up to 5 working days). Charges vary and will be applied to the shopping basket.

Larger more valuable items are sent by Carrier with delivery 2-3 working days - Needs to be signed for.

If small items are purchased along with larger goods, we will endeavour to include the smaller items within the carriage cost of the larger items.
Delivery Schedule Delivery:
Goods are normally despatched within 24 working hours of an order being received, but please allow 14 days for delivery. On receiving parcels from a carrier, please write “not checked” next to your signature, and report any damage as soon as possible.

Any shortage or damage must be reported within 48 hours of parcels being received (excluding Sunday & bank holidays).

Collection:
Personal callers, please phone first to ensure we have your requirements in stock , if directions are required please see our Location Map.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Unless otherwise stated, prices include V.A.T.@ 20%.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee Unless otherwise stated, all goods are covered by a 12 month parts and labour guarantee. Proof of purchase will be needed. If your product should fail within this period, please see our 'DAMAGED or FAULTY GOODS' section below. Our standard guarantee excludes faults caused by misuse, neglect or accidental damage. Batteries, tapes, films and other consumables are also excluded.

Returns Policy
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us via email, or telephone on 0845 555 4400, with your invoice number and with details of the problem and from where and when the returned parcel can be conveniently collected. We will arrange to replace your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note:
The cost of return carriage and insurance to LCS Leisure Ltd will be your own liability.
