| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro/Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. | Shipping And Handling Carriage: Normal Delivery for smaller items are sent 1st class post with delivery 1-3 working days (please allow up to 5 working days). Charges vary and will be applied to the shopping basket. Larger more valuable items are sent by Carrier with delivery 2-3 working days - Needs to be signed for. | Delivery Schedule Delivery: Goods are normally despatched within 24 working hours of an order being received, but please allow 14 days for delivery. On receiving parcels from a carrier, please write “not checked” next to your signature, and report any damage as soon as possible. Any shortage or damage must be reported within 48 hours of parcels being received (excluding Sunday & bank holidays).
